International guests that attended the event, such as: representatives of the Norwegian Embassy in Bucharest, of the Financial Mechanism Office in Brussels, institutional partners from Norway or international organizations (Ministry of Justice, Norwegian Police Directorate, Norwegian Immigration Directorate, Norwegian Emergency Situations Directorate, Council of Europe), top-level officials from the Ministry of Internal Affairs, its subordinate structures and CNCAN, from the National Contact Point, the Certification and Payment Authority, the Audit Authority, national experts and mass-media representatives.
The program is composed of 5 predefined projects, covering 3 programming areas, aiming at reducing the social and economic disparities in the European Economic Area and contributing to create a safer environment in a more stable, more peaceful and more prosperous Europe. During the Conference several presentations were displayed to the audience, emphasizing the developments at programme level and the state-of-play of its predefined projects. The experts stressed the difficulties and challenges faced in the last period, the achievements recorded as well as the expectations for the remaining time until the end of the Programme, so that the commitments can be fulfilled in the best possible conditions.
